Ze spelen het genre Deathcore. Lorna Shore is mijn favoriete band omdat ze de grenzen van wat ik dacht dat mogelijk was binnen extreme metal compleet hebben verlegd. De manier waarop ze brute deathcore combineren met bombastische, bijna filmische symfonie\u00ebn geeft me het gevoel naar de soundtrack van een naderende apocalyps te luisteren. Vooral de vocale prestaties van Will Ramos laten me telkens weer met open mond achter; de dierlijke, buitenaardse geluiden die hij produceert zijn zo intens dat ze bijna onmenselijk aanvoelen.
